| Welcome to The Grain Grocer web identity. The Grain Grocer "sprouted" in November 2004 from a single operator business "gem" that had been trading for 12 years in Launceston, Tasmania. In August 2005 an adjacent larger premises became available and the much needed space made it possible to increase our product lines and maintain the necessary stock reserves to compensate for the freight delays from the mainland states. The move has provided convenience benefits to both customers and staff and has allowed the business to grow. |
The new space afforded the opportunity to adopt a more contemporary design for bulk dispensing, part of which was the implementing of a new design in gravity bin technology. Hygiene, the ultimate in stock rotation and a more attractive display are just some of the benefits of the gravity bin. Although there is an operator's learning curve in using the new bin, customers have now embraced the ease of use and appreciate the benefits. Our happy staff are always on hand to make the bins easy and fun to use.

Mon to Frid 9am to 5.15pm
Sat 9.30am to 1.00pm
